This is sashimi of silver-stripe round herring, a fish that is an essential part of Kagoshima Prefecture's local cuisine.Kibinago, a herring from Koshikishima, located west of the Kagoshima mainland, is a precious ingredient that is rarely distributed widely outside of the fishing area! In addition to sashimi, we also offer tempura and grilled skewers.
